Refund policy

Local Woman products are made to order, with care by artisans in Toronto, Canada. We do not offer returns for refund. However, we would be pleased to arrange an exchange for products of same or similar value. We will also happily provide full refunds on any unworn and unwashed, defected items within 10 days of receiving your package. All items must have original tags. Sale items are final sale. We do not offer exchanges for sale items.

In cases of exchanges for an item of lesser value, the difference will be returned in the form of a store credit for Local Woman. Kindly ensure your return shipment is carefully packaged to guarantee its safe return. Local Woman will not be responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping, and we will not exchange or offer store credit on items that are returned in what we deem to be damaged or unsaleable condition. 

We highly encourage you to cross reference our size guide and measurements in our product descriptions before purchasing. We will not be able to refund for sizing issues, such as length. If you have further sizing questions, feel free to reach out to us at info@thelocalwoman.com. Please be careful when trying on clothes, any soiled garments will not be eligible for refunds.

Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs associated with the return and exchange of products. 

All sales are final after 10 days of receipt of purchase. 

Local Woman holds the right to deny credit notes or refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

All sale items are final sale and may not be returned.

CANCELLED ORDERS

Once an order has been placed, we are not able to adjust, cancel or add to your order. We advise you to place a new order for the desired item and to request a return for the incorrect item(s) once you have received it.
